Hair-Vit 90 Capsules

Hair-Vit is a B-vitamin led formula rather than a collagen one, which is the main difference between it and most hair supplements.

Each capsule supplies 10mg each of thiamin and riboflavin, 20mg of niacin, 5mg of vitamin B6, 10mg of pantothenic acid, 2 micrograms of vitamin B12, 20 micrograms of biotin, 12mg of iron, zinc, choline and inositol. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, and iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The iron at 12mg is unusual in a hair product, and worth noting if you already take a multivitamin containing iron, since the two would stack.
