vitamin C to help speed up absorption, and a range of B vitamins to help keep energy levels at its optimum.

Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate), Iron (ferrous gluconate), Pantothenic Acid (calcium pantothenate), L-Lysine HCl, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Anti-caking Agent (veg. stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate), Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA), Coating Agent [hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC)], Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Choline Bitartrate, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B1 (thiamin HCl), Inositol, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), Biotin.

Adults and children over 12 years, three tablets daily with main meals as a food supplement. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
