L-Theanine helps to calm and focus the mind, reducing uneasiness and increasing alertness without causing drowsiness or any of the associated negative effects that caffeine can produce. During the day L-Theanine can increase concentration and relieve tension and at night it can help to relax the mind for a more restful sleep. Bulking Agent (dibasic calcium phosphate, micro crystalline cellulose), L-Theanine, Anti-caking Agent (stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate), Glazing Agent [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)].

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified doctor.
