HealthAid Psyllium Seed Husk in vegetarian capsules is an excellent, non-caloric source of soluble dietary fibre. Psyllium is traditionally used to help maintain regularity, support intestinal cleansing and aid the softening of faecal matter. It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake when taking Psyllium Husk to help maintain healthy bowel movements, ease and regularity. It is also useful for slimmer's, as part of calorie controlled diet, and when taken regularly, helps to keep you trim, clean and healthy.
Adults, two capsules daily, can be increased to four if required and children over 12 years of age two capsules daily, to be taken with a generous amount of water or juice, preferably in the evening or as advised by a suitably qualified person. ** Caution: Pregnant women, people with Chronic Constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome should seek professional advice before use. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
