Bulking Agent (soybean oil, beeswax), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerine, purified water)], Pure Fresh Royal Jelly Extract, Emulsifier (soy lecithin), Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol).

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
