This is D-mannose at the top strength Healthreach make, with very little else in the capsule.

The ingredients are D-mannose with potato starch, magnesium stearate from a vegetarian source, sunflower oil, and a vegetarian capsule shell.

D-mannose is a simple sugar related to glucose. It is not broken down for energy in the way ordinary sugars are, which is why it is sold as a supplement rather than a sweetener.

Both the capsule shell and the magnesium stearate are vegetarian, so the whole product is suitable for vegetarians, which is not true of every D-mannose on the market.

Healthreach's directions are up to four capsules daily with water, or one daily as a maintenance amount.

At four a day this pack lasts a fortnight; at one, two months.

There is very little else in the capsule beyond the D-mannose itself, which is what you want from a single-ingredient product at this strength.
