Ingredients
L-glutamine, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Adults take 2-10 capsules with cold water 1-3 times a day at least 30 minutes before meals.
