This is a genuinely high-strength B complex, and the numbers are far above what a general multivitamin provides.

One capsule supplies 50mg each of thiamin, riboflavin and niacin, 10mg of vitamin B6 split evenly between pyridoxal-5-phosphate and pyridoxine hydrochloride, and 200 micrograms of folic acid supplied partly as methyltetrafolate. Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B6 all contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Two details set this apart from a cheaper B complex: half the B6 is already in its active P-5-P form, and the folate includes the methylated form rather than folic acid alone.

Higher Nature's directions are one capsule a day with meals, ideally at breakfast. At that rate this pack lasts three months.

Riboflavin at this level turns urine bright yellow. That is harmless and expected, and is simply the excess being cleared.
