Citric acid, l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, humectant: sorbitol, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate, inulin, colour: beetroot powder, natural flavourings (blackcurrant and elderberry), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, black elderberry (sambucus nigra l.) fruit extract, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, zinc citrate, colour: riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Adults and children 11 and over, take 1 tablet a day. Add to water; dissolves gently.
