Take ½ - 2½ level teaspoons (1.2g - 6g) dissolved in water. MSM has a beneficial detoxifying effect on the body. Introduce gradually.

Methyl sulphonyl methane (contains naturally occurring sulphur dioxide and sulphites).

Adults take ½-2½ tsp (1.2-6g) in water with meals throughout the day.
