Serotone 100mg 90 Capsules

Serotone is a standardised extract of griffonia simplicifolia seed, the plant source of 5-HTP, combined with the nutrients involved in its metabolism.

Each capsule supplies 100mg from the standardised griffonia extract, alongside nicotinamide, zinc citrate, and vitamin B6 supplied as both pyridoxal-5-phosphate and pyridoxine hydrochloride. Including the already-active P-5-P form as well as the standard one is unusual at this price.

Higher Nature's directions are one capsule a day, taken before bed with a carbohydrate snack. The carbohydrate is part of the instruction rather than an afterthought, so it is worth following as written.
