Our signature Hot Honey is crafted using 100% premium British Wildflower Honey from Staffordshire, slowly infused with real Scotch Bonnet chillies for a bold, balanced kick.

We never use chilli concentrates, artificial flavourings or unnecessary processing-just pure British honey, real chilli, and nothing else.

The result is a rich, floral hot honey with a smooth sweetness followed by a satisfying warmth that transforms almost any dish.
