Sourced from UK grass-fed dairy and certified organic, this clarified butter delivers exceptional purity with a high smoke point of 250°C, making it ideal for cooking at elevated temperatures.

Organic cow's butter (milk)

With a high smoke point (250c), you can use ghee for roasting, frying or baking and it has a creamy buttery taste. You can also use ghee in hot drinks (Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Matcha) instead of milk, to add healthy fats but keeping it low carb. Whizz a spoonful into your hot drink for a rich creamy drink.
