Natural Health Practice IB Support is a blend of nine botanicals. Two capsules provide 200mg freeze-dried peppermint oil, 170mg marshmallow root, 120mg slippery elm bark, 100mg turmeric, 80mg each of ginger and fennel, 60mg chamomile, 60mg deglycyrrhizinated liquorice, 20mg artichoke leaf and 15mg vitamin C.

Take one capsule twice a day, 30 minutes before food, with a glass of water. For children aged 12 to 16, halve the adult amount. Every Natural Health Practice formula carries nutritionist Dr Marilyn Glenville's seal of approval, in vegan capsules free from fillers, artificial sweeteners, colours and preservatives. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet.
