Infinity Foods Organic Chia Seeds swell and form a gel when soaked in liquid, making them useful for chia puddings, as an egg substitute in baking, or sprinkled over porridge and yoghurt for texture.

This 500g pack is certified organic and made from a single ingredient.

Organic chia seeds

As with ground flax seeds, you can sprinkle ground or whole chia seeds on cereal, in yoghurt or salads, eat them as a snack or grind them and mix them with flour when making muffins or other baked goods. You can also mix seeds in water and add lime or lemon juice and sugar to make a drink known in Mexico and Central America as chia fresca.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
