This product offers optimal strength Iron tablets that are easy to swallow and have a neutral flavour. Each tablet contains 14 mg of elemental Iron, and can be taken once a day for 6 months or twice a day for 3 months. Iron Bisglycinate is a superior, chelated form of this essential nutrient, which is bound with amino acids for better absorption. It is gentler on the stomach compared to other forms, such as ferrous fumarate or ferrous sulphate, and rarely causes constipation or diarrhea. This product is suitable for vegans and adheres to both Halal and Kosher dietary guidelines.

Iron - 28mg

Iron (Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate, Nu-Flow), Glazing Agent (HydroxyPropylMethylCellulose, Glycerin, Carnauba Wax).

Take 1 or 2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
