Just Natural Organic Unsulphured Apricots are dried without sulphur dioxide, so they're naturally darker in colour than the bright orange apricots you might be used to seeing — that's simply a sign of no preservatives being used, not a quality issue. What you get instead is a deep, concentrated apricot flavour with nothing added, packed in plastic-free packaging to match. Eat them as a naturally sweet snack, chop them into muesli or tagines, or simmer them into compotes and chutneys. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Because there's no sulphur dioxide used in drying, they may darken further over time — again, a natural part of the process. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
