Made from the powdered fruit of the African "Tree of Life", it has a naturally tangy, citrus-like flavour and is a good source of vitamin C, potassium and fibre. Stir it into smoothies, yoghurt or porridge for a tart, fruity kick, or whisk it into water with a little sweetener for a refreshing, vitamin C-rich drink. Its naturally sour flavour also works well balanced against sweeter fruit in homemade energy balls and baking. Certified organic, vegan, with no added sugar.
