Just Natural Organic Basmati Brown Rice is packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging, so both the rice and the bag it comes in fit a lower-waste kitchen. As a wholegrain rice, it keeps its bran layer intact, giving it a nuttier flavour and firmer bite than white basmati, along with more fibre. It's well suited to curries, pilafs and grain bowls where you want a heartier texture, and reheats well the next day. Being naturally gluten-free, vegan and free from added sugar, it fits comfortably into most dietary patterns. Brown rice takes a little longer to cook than white — usually 25-35 minutes — so allow extra time and rinse well beforehand. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, where it will keep for many months.
