Our Organic Bran Flakes are made with toasted whole wheat flour, giving them a satisfying crunch and a naturally high fibre content that helps provide a slower, steadier release of energy at breakfast time compared with more refined cereals. They're packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging, so the way they're packed reflects the same wholefood thinking as the product itself. Enjoy them simply with milk or a plant-based alternative, or stir them into homemade muesli mixes and baking for extra texture and fibre. Certified organic and vegan, they're a straightforward way to start the day with more fibre than many shop-bought cereals. As they're made from wheat, they do contain gluten. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard to keep them crisp.

Dispatch times
For orders received before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day. Please note this is not always possible and dispatch times do increase at busy times.
