Organic Brown Linseed, also known as flaxseed, is a naturally good source of plant-based omega 3 and fibre, with a mild, nutty flavour that blends easily into porridge, smoothies and homemade bread. Whole linseed passes through the body largely undigested, so grinding it just before use — or choosing milled flaxseed instead — helps release more of its nutritional benefits. It's also a popular egg replacement in vegan baking: mixed with water, it forms a gel that works well as a binder in cakes and cookies. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it fits comfortably into most plant-based diets. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to protect its natural oils.
