Organic Brown Rice Flour is milled from wholegrain brown rice, making it a naturally gluten-free flour with a slightly nutty flavour and more fibre than flour made from white rice. It's a popular base for gluten-free baking, often blended with other flours or starches to improve texture in bread, cakes and pastry, and works well as a thickener for sauces, soups and gravies. Its fine texture also makes it useful for gluten-free pancakes, flatbreads and coating for frying.
