Organic Raw Cacao Paste is made by grinding whole cacao beans into a smooth, solid block containing both the natural cacao fat and solids together, giving an intensely rich, unsweetened chocolate flavour. It's the base ingredient for making genuine raw chocolate from scratch — simply melt it gently and blend with a sweetener of your choice, such as honey or dates, to make your own bars or chocolate sauce. It can also be grated or melted into raw desserts, smoothies and energy balls for a deep chocolate flavour without any added sugar. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a genuine essential for raw chocolate-making. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, since it melts at room temperature in warm conditions.
