Organic Raw Cacao Powder is made by cold-pressing cacao beans to remove most of the natural fat, then finely milling what remains into a powder with a deep, intensely chocolatey, slightly bitter flavour. Because it's processed at low temperatures rather than roasted like standard cocoa powder, it keeps more of its natural, unsweetened character. Stir it into smoothies, porridge and baking, or whisk with warm milk and a natural sweetener for a rich hot chocolate.
