They're a popular topping for smoothie bowls, yoghurt and granola, add a tropical crunch to homemade trail mix, and can be lightly toasted at home if you'd prefer a crisper, more golden result. Because they're larger than desiccated coconut, they hold their texture noticeably better once mixed into other foods rather than disappearing into the background. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, where they'll keep well for several months.
