Just Natural Organic Coconut Sugar is sourced from trusted organic producers in Indonesia and packed in our purpose-built facility in Southampton. With a caramel flavour similar to brown sugar, it's made from the sap of the coconut palm flower rather than the coconut itself, and can be used as a one-to-one substitute for brown or white sugar in baking, coffee and cooking. Its slightly less refined character and lower glycemic index than white sugar make it a popular choice for anyone looking for a more natural everyday sweetener without changing how they cook or bake. Dispatch times
