Organic Corn Flour is a fine, naturally gluten-free flour milled from corn, most commonly used as a thickener for sauces, soups and gravies, mixed with a little cold water first to prevent lumps. It's also a useful ingredient in gluten-free baking, often blended with other flours to lighten the texture of cakes and biscuits, and can be dusted over meat or fish before frying for a light, crisp coating. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a genuinely versatile store-cupboard essential for both everyday cooking and gluten-free baking. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, well away from moisture, to keep it free-flowing.
