Organic Lerida Figs are a soft, naturally sweet dried fig variety, delicious eaten simply on their own or paired with cheese as part of a cheeseboard. Their sticky, jammy texture makes them easy to chop into baking, stir into porridge and granola, or simmer into a compote for serving alongside yoghurt or roasted meats. Dried figs are also traditionally valued as a naturally good source of fibre, making them a satisfying, better-for-you sweet treat. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Because they're naturally sticky, keep them in a sealed container in a cool, dry place to prevent them from drying out or clumping together.
