Just Natural Organic Plain Wholemeal Flour is carefully selected from trusted organic growers around the world, keeping the whole wheat grain intact for a nuttier flavour and higher fibre content than plain white flour. It's a good everyday choice for heartier bread, pastry and baking where you want more texture and wholesome flavour, and can also be blended with white flour for a lighter result. This mid-bulk pack is packed in recyclable film, making it a practical option for caterers, retailers or households that bake regularly. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
