This mid-bulk pack is packed in recyclable film, making it a practical option for caterers, retailers or households that bake regularly. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
