Just Natural Organic Soya Chunks are a textured soy protein made from GMO-free organic soybeans, giving them a naturally meaty bite once rehydrated — a useful stand-in for mince or diced meat in curries, bolognese, chillies and stews. To use, simply soak or simmer the chunks in hot water or stock for 10-15 minutes until soft, then squeeze out the excess liquid before adding to your dish, where they'll take on the flavour of whatever they're cooked in. They're certified organic, vegan and vegetarian, with no added sugar, making them a straightforward way to bulk out a meal with plant protein without needing fresh substitutes. Because they're dried, they also keep for a long time and take up very little storage space. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
