Organic Golden Linseed, also known as golden flaxseed, is a naturally good source of plant-based omega 3 and fibre, with a milder, slightly lighter flavour than brown linseed. Whole linseed passes through the body largely undigested, so grinding it just before use — or choosing milled flaxseed instead — helps release more of its nutritional benefits. It blends easily into porridge, smoothies and homemade bread, and works well as a vegan egg replacement in baking when mixed with water to form a natural binding gel. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it fits comfortably into most plant-based diets. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to protect its natural oils.
