Organic Whole Hemp Seed still has its outer shell intact, giving it a more fibrous bite than hulled hemp seeds along with the same naturally nutty flavour and plant-based protein content. The shell means it takes a little more chewing to get through, but some prefer the extra texture and fibre it brings to granola, trail mix and baking. It can also be soaked and sprouted at home if you'd like to try growing your own hemp shoots. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a genuinely wholefood option for anyone wanting hemp seed in its least processed form. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to protect its natural oils.
