Organic Brown Jasmine Rice combines the fragrant, slightly floral aroma of jasmine rice with the fuller flavour and extra fibre of a wholegrain, since the bran layer is left intact during milling. It pairs naturally with South East Asian cooking — curries, stir-fries and coconut-based dishes — while its firmer bite also holds up well in rice salads and grain bowls. Being a wholegrain, it takes a little longer to cook than white jasmine rice, usually around 25-30 minutes after rinsing. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a nutritious everyday alternative to white rice without losing that distinctive aroma. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, where it will keep for many months.
