Just Natural Organic Jerusalem Artichoke Powder is packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging. Also known as sunroot, Jerusalem artichoke is a nutty, earthy tuber, and in powdered form it makes a convenient way to add that same flavour to soups, sauces and baking without peeling and cooking the fresh vegetable. It's a good natural thickener for soups and stews, blending in smoothly without lumps, and can also be stirred into smoothies for an earthy, vegetal note. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it fits comfortably into most plant-based diets. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to keep it fresh for longer.
