Grown to organic standard in the UK, they're a genuinely wholesome, minimally processed everyday staple. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based diets, though as oats they may carry a small risk of gluten cross-contact unless specifically labelled gluten-free. Cook gently with water or milk, stirring occasionally, for a hearty breakfast. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
