Just Natural Organic Red Football Lentils are carefully selected from trusted organic producers in Turkey and packed in plastic-free packaging. Rounder and slightly larger than standard red split lentils, they cook down to a soft, creamy texture that's perfect for dhal, soups and thick stews, or as a simple protein-rich base for curries. Like other lentils, there's no need to soak them — just rinse and simmer until tender, usually around 15-20 minutes, making them one of the quickest pulses to cook from scratch. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they're an easy way to add plant protein, iron and B vitamins to a meat-free meal. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard, where they'll keep well for many months.
