Their soft texture means they blend particularly smoothly, making them a favourite for raw energy bar recipes. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Store in a sealed container in a cool place — Medjool dates can also be kept in the fridge to extend their shelf life.

Dispatch times
