Millet is naturally free from gluten, making these flakes a useful option if you're avoiding wheat, barley or rye but still want a warming morning bowl. They also work well in gluten-free baking, added to bread and bakes for a lighter crumb. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, they fit easily into most plant-based and gluten-free diets. Cook gently with water or a milk of your choice for a few minutes until soft. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard to keep them fresh.
