Just Natural Organic Orzo is selected from trusted organic producers in Italy, made using bronze die extrusion and slow drying, which gives this rice-shaped pasta a rough texture that helps sauce cling to it far better than smoother, commercially extruded versions. Cook it like any small pasta shape for soups and one-pot dishes, or treat it more like risotto, stirring in stock gradually for a creamy, orzo-based alternative. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, it's a versatile store-cupboard pasta for soups, salads and simple weeknight meals. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
