Organic Pecan Halves have a rich, buttery, slightly sweet flavour that makes them a favourite in baking, particularly pecan pie, banana bread and cinnamon rolls, as well as a satisfying snack on their own. Their attractive halved shape makes them ideal for topping cakes, tarts and salads where presentation matters, while toasting them lightly in a dry pan or the oven brings out an even deeper, more caramelised flavour. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Store in a cool, dark place, or the fridge in warmer months, to stop their natural oils turning rancid, and reseal the bag tightly after each use.
