Just Natural Organic Quinoa Flakes 350g

Organic Quinoa Flakes are rolled from whole quinoa grain, giving all the naturally gluten-free, protein-rich benefits of quinoa in a quick-cooking, porridge-friendly form. They cook in just a couple of minutes with water or a milk of your choice, making them a genuinely fast breakfast option, and their mild flavour also makes them useful in gluten-free baking or as a thickener for soups. Unlike whole quinoa, there's no need to rinse them before cooking, since the flaking process removes the bitter coating. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they're one of the more nutritionally complete grain-based breakfasts, since quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard, in plastic-free packaging.
