Organic Quinoa Flour is milled from whole quinoa grain, carrying over its naturally gluten-free, protein-rich profile into a fine baking flour with a mild, slightly nutty, earthy flavour. It's often blended with other gluten-free flours for bread, pancakes and baking, since used alone its distinctive flavour can be quite pronounced — a small proportion mixed with a milder gluten-free flour usually gives the best balance. It also works well as a thickener for soups and sauces. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, and packed in plastic-free packaging, it's a nutritious addition to a gluten-free baking rotation. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.
