Just Natural Organic Marisma Paella Rice is packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging, and is a short-to-medium grain rice grown specifically to absorb liquid and flavour well without turning mushy — exactly what a good paella needs. Cook it in a wide, shallow pan with stock, saffron and your choice of vegetables, seafood or meat, and resist stirring too much once the liquid is added so a crust, or socarrat, can form on the base. It's just as capable in other one-pan rice dishes that call for a similarly absorbent grain. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it fits comfortably into most dietary patterns. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
