Toast them lightly in a dry pan to bring out a deeper, nuttier flavour before scattering over stir-fries, salads and rice dishes, or blitz them at home into your own smooth tahini. Their milder flavour makes them a more versatile everyday choice than unhulled seeds for most recipes. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they suit most plant-based and refined-sugar-free diets. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, since their natural oils can turn rancid over time if exposed to light and heat.
