Just Natural Organic Short Grain Brown Rice is packed in plastic-free, certified home-compostable packaging, and its wholegrain bran layer gives it a chewier bite, nuttier flavour and higher fibre content than white short grain rice. Its natural stickiness once cooked makes it a good base for rice bowls, sushi-style rolls and creamy rice puddings, while still holding enough texture for a hearty side dish. Being a wholegrain, it takes a little longer to cook than white rice, usually around 30-35 minutes after rinsing. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a versatile way to add fibre to meals without sacrificing that familiar stickier texture. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, where it will keep for many months.
