Just Natural Organic Soy Mince is a textured, GM-free soy protein designed as a straightforward plant-based alternative to minced meat — ideal for bolognese, chilli, shepherd's pie or tacos where you want a meaty texture without the meat. To prepare, rehydrate the mince in hot water or stock for around 10 minutes until plump, then drain well and cook it into your sauce or seasoning of choice, where it readily takes on other flavours. It's certified organic, vegan and vegetarian, with no added sugar, making it a simple swap for anyone reducing meat without needing fresh alternatives to hand. Because it's dried, it also keeps for a long time in the cupboard and takes up very little space. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
