Organic Soya Beans are a versatile, high-protein pulse that can be cooked much like any other dried bean — simmered into stews, mashed for dips, or used as a base for homemade plant milk and tofu at home. They have a firmer texture than most beans even once fully cooked, holding their shape well in salads and grain bowls. As a larger, denser bean, they benefit from a longer soak of at least 12 hours, or overnight, followed by a good simmer until tender. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, they're one of the more concentrated plant protein sources in the pulse family, making them useful for building a varied plant-based diet. Store the dried beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
