Just Natural Organic Soya Flour is milled from whole organic soybeans, giving it a naturally high protein content compared with most other flours. It's a useful addition to a plant-based kitchen — stir a spoonful into bread and pastry dough to boost protein, use it to bind veggie burgers and falafel, or blend it into pancake and flatbread batters for extra body. Because it's ground from raw soybeans rather than heavily refined, it keeps more of its natural nutrition and flavour than processed alternatives.
