Organic Stevia Powder is a naturally intense sweetener extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant, containing no calories and no sugar, so a very small amount goes a remarkably long way compared with regular sugar. It's popular stirred into tea, coffee and smoothies, or used in baking as a way to reduce added sugar, though because it's so concentrated, recipes usually need adjusting rather than swapping it in a simple one-to-one ratio for sugar. Some people notice a mild aftertaste, particularly in larger quantities, so it's worth starting with a small amount and adjusting to taste.
