Just Natural Organic Teff Grain - Brown 500g

Organic Brown Teff is one of the smallest grains in the world, naturally gluten-free, and the traditional base for Ethiopian injera flatbread thanks to its slightly sour flavour once fermented. Its tiny size means it cooks quickly and can be simmered into a creamy porridge, used to thicken soups and stews, or milled into flour for gluten-free baking and flatbreads. It has a mild, slightly nutty, earthy flavour that works well in both sweet and savoury dishes. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, it's a nutritious way to add variety to a gluten-free grain rotation. Simmer in around three parts water for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
